At GAMEON, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GAMEON account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
